I had been looking for a new roof for a couple of years now and wasn't sure which material to use this time.. Around 24 years ago I re-roofed my home with another wood shake because I didn't like the thin asphalt shingle roofs, which I thought cheapened the look of my home. I also looked into the metal roof back then but I didn't really like the looks of them either, it's too bad because my neighbors who put the metal roofs on don't have to do it again. Anyway, several months ago I happened to see a roofing job being installed by Western Roofing a few blocks from my home, so I stopped by and picked up a flyer. After reading through a roofing comparison chart they had and driving by a few of the address's on their list I decided to give them a call. Jim Summers came out, measured my roof and spent an hour and a half answering my questions and I decided the Metro Shake roof was definately my best choice. My house seems cooler now but most importantly, my wife and i love how it looks!
I would like to thank Western Roofing Systems for an excellent job of reroofing our home. They explained the entire process, step by step and things actually went just as they said it would.(Which normally doesn't happen in construction) The installation went very smooth from the tear off, to the gutter installations as well as the new "Metro Shake Roof". The whole process took just three days and my wife and I couldn't be happier!We've had many compliments from our neighbors in fact two of them have already had Western do their homes. We recommend this company to anybody looking for a quality job at a fair price.
