Engineering Our design staff has spent many hours in a production environment. Semi-Probes can be an extension of our customers engineering group, offering ideas that are fresh and cost effective. Answering and meeting the needs of our customers is the goal of every project. Design Semi-Probes constantly checks and rechecks designs to achieve the optimal performance platform for probe card construction. Whether it's an "off the shelf' probe card or a impedance controlled, multi-layered, interface board we will come through for you. Leadtimes that are reasonable and hand picked board fabrication sources that provide the finest in results, it pays to check us out! Testing "Getting it right" to the customer is a major element of probe card manufacturing. The latest equipment is used to insure our probe cards meet our customers individual requirements. Each probe is measured in all dimensions for best possible performance. Alignment, planarity, leakage, and resistance checks are all a part of our standard tests that are performed in providing the best to our customers. Production The key to successfully meet our customer needs is a production group that can deliver a probe card in a timely manor without error for a price that will leave the accountants smiling.
