Had my car for three weeks. Worst service- I won't go back.

Quality work and excellent communication with customers. Mike was informative, honest, and fast with repairs. A good & trustworthy automotive repair facility.

Mr. Mazda is the best automotive shop anywhere! I regularly drive down from Mountain View (home) and Palo Alto (work) because I own three Ford Probe GTs, which are the Ford version of the Mazda MX-6, and Mike Muscara owns the only shop allowed to work on them. Mike and his staff are friendly, courteous, pleasant, helpful, and do outstanding work! His prices are fair, and his advice is sound. I would highly recommend Mr. Mazda aka Mike Muscara to anyone seeking an honest shop, good prices, and the most competent work. Gone are the days of HONEST, DEPENDABLE (and a joy to chat with) mechanics, except MR. MAZDA...i've been going to Mr Mazda since 1989 when I had my Mazda RX-7 and had the pleasure to meet Mike, the owner. I always tell him that it will be a sad day when or if he ever retires. Mike has always been fair and truly honest about all the cars i've been through (if it needed something now or it could wait and how long etc), and I've gone through alot of cars.He also is efficient with getting your car back ON TIME. I told him that my automobile purchasing decisions are based on if he could service them or not because i wont go to any one else. Upon entrance to the reception room you will notice letters from other loyal satisfied patrons.Thank you for all the years of exceptional service and friendship.
