Very helpful. They don't specialize on pressure washer pump repair and very kindly offered to refer me to a company who specializes. Although, he did offer to take a look at it we decided to go with a company who specializes. They did state that they work on the engine part of the pressure washer and we will defiantly keep them on hand for when we have problems with the pressure washer's engines.
