The food is a little like Thai food and a little like Chinese and a little like Indian food. Difficult to explain but great unique flavor. Most dishes are not too spicy. A great place for intimate dinners or large parties. Even my 5 year old loves the chicken curry. My favorite is the lemon grass soup. Very nice, friendly service. I have been bringing family and friends here for 2+ years and I am always happy. They also have great weekday lunch specials. SHRIMP - I am violently allergic to shrimp so I have to avoid Thai restaraunts but I have never had a problem eating at Chez Sovan. A+++++
