Dr. Wagner is a very caring and personable doctor. He knows his stuff and really connects with his patients. He takes the time to explain thoroughly and to make you feel comfortable with your examination and treatment. He's a very down-to-earth, but professional physician. The office staff, although pleasant, needs to be followed up with frequently if you're dealing with insurance or payment issues.
