      The recent dental assistant, made me uncomfortable, which is why I'm giving 1 star review. She didn't smile nor introduce herself and always had an inappropriate expression. She wasn't courteous. To me, a dental assistant's attitude usually reflects a surgeons underlying attitude towards patients but this could just be her attitude.
