Ms. Racliff defended my custody case. She lost, which was devastating. However, what was more devastating was the fact that she did not have the courage to tell me personally that we had lost the case. Instead, I returned from lunch to find she had left me a voicemail indicating I had lost custody of my three children. Ms. Radcliff did not offer any reasons for the judgement or any suggestions for future action. In retrospect it seems that Ms. Radcliff's inability to accept her own faults and defeats conflict with her ability to zealously represent her clients' interests.
