When called, they said they'd not gotten a correct prescription. Doctor's office re-sent the prescription, showing it had been correctly ordered. After much time, the ordered machine was sent. If your face isn't like the faces of most people needing CPAP masks, they've likely got no mask from their contracted providers that will fit. Apparently, they get all masks only through their contracted providers.
