I do love the convenience of having this store in Camillus. However, with the young girls department clothes sizes 7 and up, the selection is POOR, not at all attractive, and disappointing. There seems to be much more for toddlers up to 6X. Also there is never anyone available to help with questions or concerns unless you want to wait through a line of people trying to check out. Some of their check out stations have no employees there at all. I had to wait in the jewelry dept 15 minutes to get waited on two separate days. I use to love this store and it seems to be getting worse with time. Many senior citizens shop at Bon Ton. Could you please install a handicapped door? ( where you push the button to open it) Yours weighs a ton and it is very difficult to open even for a healthy person. I do like your sales, but wish you didn't have to have a coupon. Just one more inconvenience to remember. Go green. thanks-
