My rent is to damn high

we have been having a/c problems for the last three landlords. the only thing that has been done is replacing the freon. it seems to me that if you keep replacing the freon and we keep having problems with the a/c freezing up, maybe the a/c itself needs replacing. we also have recently started having problems keeping our outside lights lit up at night. it is strange that the lights could be on when we get home at night, and wake up the next morning and they are all out only at our unit. it's ridiculous and the complex owners need to do something about it immediately. it used to be a really nice place to live, and now it's like an upscale project! there has to be a change somewhere. i also think it would make a lot of sense to have some lighting out by the dumpsters so some of the nithttime activity can be reduced.

i am a paying tenant and have a problem finding a place to park. the visitors seems to get first chose parking. they have a parking area for the visitors but it is not enforced. i have a small child and have to walk across the streets to my apartment. something has to be done about this.tenants should come first.
