O'Reilly's in Cameron Park is my 'Go-To' automotive parts store. I'm not a gear- head, but I am building a hot-rod pick-up and I work on both family vehicles and friends cars. The staff here is knowledgeable and are often familiar with a problem I'm experiencing. When they suggest a solution, I've found they're usually right. They're also courteous friendly and treat customers with respect. Aside from special offers, there is no attempt to up-sale me with things I don't need. When a part isn't in stock, they'll order it, the normal turn-around time about 24 hrs, Less if I ask for something early enough in the day. When they can't help, they are quick to point me to resources that can. The store is clean and well-lit, easily accessible, and is chock full of a broad range of accessories, and car care products. Occasionally, I'll find a better price on a given item, but as a rule their price on the same product is lower than competitors. .Kudos to the management and the staff. Tim Turner

The service at this store is terrible. I called in a part and they said it would be ready by 2:30pm. I arrived at 3:30 and they said the part still hadn't arrived. I waited until 4:00 for the next delivery, and at 4:00 they said the delivery wouldn't arrive until the next day. Needless to say I was mad. The service here is bad. Buy your parts online. Don't even waste your time with this store. They are completely unprofessional.
