- Every home begins with a thorough cleaning assessment where we note the surfaces in your home (stone, tile, stainless, granite, marble, hardwoods, laminates, grout, hard water,window tracks, pet hair, cobwebs, etc) and the level of effort needed to exceed your expectations. Once our team enters your home, they review the scope of work to be completed and document everything that was cleaned. A note about every detail is left explaining what was done and any special attention a particular item or area was given. At the end of the day, "your cleaning team" actually calls you by telephone for feedback and even returns if something was missed! Ever heard of a cleaning company that does all that?

Merry Maids in Cameron Park was established in 1992 and serves western El Dorado County. Since then, we've conducted more than 50,000 cleanings. Everything from regular customers, special events, move-outs, RV's, 5th wheels, guest cottages, wineries, manufacturing facilities, medical equipment offices, government offices and single-wide manufactured homes too. Did you know, Merry Maids cleans more law enforcement officers homes including attorneys and prosecutors than any other cleaning service? We take pride in our employees and conduct thorough background checks, drug and alcohol testing, DMV verification and much more. That's why we're licensed, bonded and insured.. If you are using another service ask them to show you proof of their liability insurance and whether their employees are covered by workers compensation insurance! FYI, home owners insurance "doesn't cover work related injuries."

They do an excellent job in doing a thorough cleaning of the most needful room like the kitchen and bathrooms. Merry Maids have been cleaning my house for awhile now and do a good job, today Kaycee and Amanda, who had never been to my house before, came. They jumped right in; cleaned behind every corner, and left the house spotless. A job well done!

I was recently struck with Parkinson's Disease. Cleaning the house has become a difficult chore. This is my first experience using a house cleaning service. The Merry Maids arrived promptly as promised and worked efficiently and quickly. They cleaned my kitchen, bathroom and other living areas thoroughly including dusting and vacuuming. I am now completely spoiled and happy. I highly recommend their service.

I'm always concerned about strangers coming into my home these days. I was so surprized to learn to learn Merry Maids really screened their employees. Once I got over my hesitancy, next came the cleaning and what a differnece they made. Not only did they clean my home "better than my previous service but the cleaners left a note explaining everything they did. They even called me later to double check on the service. I was very impressed! (by the way, first time I've seen cleaners work not text or talk on their cell phones)
