Founded in 2016 and located 20 minutes east of Madison in Cambridge, the Dancing Goat Distillery offers tours, guided tastings and a gin academy where guests craft their own bottle of gin. One of the largest distilleries in Wisconsin, Dancing Goat operates a 34,000 square foot facility with 4 stills and 7,000 barrels in inventory aging in the state’s first open-air Kentucky style rickhouse.
