Although the staff are very friendly, the gym is kept neat and clean and and I find that a majority of the time there is a short wait or no wait to get on equipment they offer very few classes at no extra charge. They also continued to charge my account once my contract was up and I have heard from others this is very common and the process of cancellation can be very ugly.
