It pains me to even honor one star... Beware of the ankle biting dog that they let go anywhere in the salon, jumping up on people and the furniture. Went in for haircuts for my daughter & myself and asked specifically before starting if they could do a certain style with layering and lots of thinning. Both stylists said they could. The stylist that did my daughter's hair, which was nearly 3/4 down her back long, was asked to layer her hair, thin it out, keep the length with the exception of dead ends and form a V look. She took off over 9 inches of hair, never layered, never thinned and was cut straight across. Then tells me that she "forgot" about the thinning and layering. Meanwhile, I was getting my hair ruined. I asked for the same thing. I have very thick hair and asked that my hair be cut shoulder length, long layers, a ton of thinning and the V look in the back. My hair was halfway down my back.
