Located in Cambridge, Md., the Dorchester County School of Technology provides career and technology education to more than 400 high school students. Its academic curriculum includes applied technology cluster, carpentry, electricity, masonry, welding, auto body, and diesel and marine mechanics. The school conducts classes in culinary arts, horticulture, allied health and medical services. The Dorchester County School of Technology employs an instructional assistant, custodian, and transition and educational specialists. In addition, it operates a local advisory committee that is comprised of local business representatives, administrators, teachers and parents, as well as offers food services.
