I visited Sorelle on three separate occasions over the course of 4 months. All 3 visits were for a cut and color. Sadly, I was scheduled with 3 different stylists over those four months that ended up having 3 different prices for their version of a root touch up and a partial highlight. And I do mean 'partial' as one stylist would only cover half my roots on the front half of my head! The manager would not return by e-mail or call to discuss their pricing and inconsistencies. I have better work done at Perfect Look for less than half the price with employees who have worked there for years. I honestly do not know how Sorelle is still in business - especially after reading others reviews.

Four stars because the new aesthetician is good. Very pleasant person, and a nice touch during the massage portions of facials. Although I have not had waxing done, others say she is good at this also. Plus they sell Aveda products, which are top notch.

The woman who did my pedicure was great--the woman who did my manicure had no idea what she was doing. Nice surroundings, need more experienced people.

The color stylist has no business doing hair she had to ask for advice and help where she was advised to strip the toner off which the front desk guy argued with me telling me stripping the hair does not damage it, What an idiot. So my hair turned orange, was fried on the ends, and I only got a partial refund because they charged me for the product they used when ruining my hair. Worst salon ever, DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR SELF. They will blame their mistakes on you.

They do not care about the people who's hair they ruin. They turned my hair orange with ash grey when it should have been some resembles of blond. They fried my hair causing it to break when I combe it. They took no blame and bodily threatened me if I ever returned. Why would I my 3 year old niece could do a better job. They are rude and unprofessional. And treat complaints as if they are the one with orange fried hair. There should be a law that when a stylist does a bad job you should be able to cut/color their hair in return. There would be a fewer bad hair colors/cuts in this world.

Every time I come here I have to have someone different do my hair. Reason? People keep leaving (or getting fired).... Why don't people want to stay in the salon? I am not coming back, I am tired of training each new person how I like my hair cut!! Not to mention the stylists always talk bad about each other, I have even heard them talk about a customer! I sure hope they aren't talking about me!
