Tim's flavors as usual are delicious. great soup. friendly servers. a little dark, but on opening nigh the place filled up and that is great news!

Great food

New Year, new restaurant and many new memories. Our experience of the "soft" opening of East 316 this past new year's eve was quite pleasant. Given that this is a new staff, that the restaurant was over flowing - especially with a table of 14 - most of the evening went off smoothly. The addition of the pianist and singer was a nice idea, but in all honesty it created more noise than entertainment. Tim and Melissa, along with the kitchen staff, served lobster bisque, salmon, prime rib, shrimp, along with a multitude of side dishes. At our table, the friendly and very efficient wait staff provided baked brie, apples, "a-maz-ing" deviled egs and a small dessert sampling. We look forward to returning and know that Tim and Melissa have a major success on their hands. Our only real problem will be whether to eat at East 316 or their other restaurant Harvest only two block away.
