Recommend highly-using over a year now. Most of the drivers have been prompt, polite, friendly, and good drivers! Some know shortcuts, one offered water, one let me charge up my cell with his car charger. Office staff usually on top of it, everyone has bad days sometimes. Overall excellent service that I have referred to friends and family, who have also been pleased.👍

About a month ago I needed a ride to Burbank airport for my elderly grandma, my sister and myself and the driver was very patient with us and made sure to not stress my grandma and was very polite. I don't remember his name but he was dressed nicely with a shorter buzz cut... ill be sure to use this service again.

Terrible! Terrible service! I asked for a taxi from Santa Maria, Ca and they told it would be a 30 min wait. They never showed up, they said the driver would call me and he never did. After an hour of waiting I called again and they said that the taxi showed up and I was a no show! They asked me to wait another 20 minutes. I waited for 2 hours to hear in the end that there were no taxis available at the time in Santa Maria. The lady on the phone was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

Absolutely the worst service EVER! The driver was an hour late picking me up from the airport. When he showed up he said sorry, we FORGOT about you! Then the van broke down on the way home!!! I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy! STAY very clear of this company!

Waited an hour and a half for a taxi after being told on 3 seperate occasions they would be there in 20 minutes... driver got lost... gave an address and still got lost... driver struggled... finally got a ride from the cops...

Called for a taxi and one arrived in about 10 minutes! Driver was super nice and had one of the most pleasant taxi ride we have had. Highly recommend them.

I ordered a cab online through my iphone. I love a company that is actually part of the 21st century. Paid with credit card, and got to my destination on time. That about makes me a happy camper.

So I guess that yellow cab now has limos because I needed a ride to the airport for 8 people, and we were offered a limo for less than it would cost to take 2 taxis. This is evident of a company who is out to help the consumer and give a high level of service. You don't get this kind of hospitality at a smaller company. cheers.

HALLOWEEN HEROS!!! wow..they were the only taxi cab comany in oxnard that was answering calls and running taxis. They must have like a hundred taxis!! The cab was on time and I even got the guys nubmer so he could pick us up after bar hopping. Plus he gave me a free bottle of water to help me out. You can't put a price on service like that!
