After seeking information about my elderly friend I found the management completely unhelpful or interested in the welfare of my friend. They advised me that they would not inquire as to her health or safety but would respond only in cases of fire. They were extremely brusque with my concerns and after calling the fire department myself I learned that my friend had been hospitalized for a blood clot. The management could not have cared less it seemed. Another resident I spoke with claimed that new management had recently taken over and were "awful". An elderly man had remained deceased in his apartment for days. I concur with the opinion above and would advise anyone considering residence to realize the lack of professional or humane concern by the complex employees and owner.2

I give this place two stars because they keep the grounds and facilities immaculate. However most of the people there are half dead, dying, or in some stage of Alzeimers The coroner is there on a regular basis to cart someone off to the morgue. Some just sit and stare out their window every waking moment. Recently the place has almost turned into a hospital with many chronically ill residents requiring round the clock care. Some turn their tv or stereo up full blast because they can't hear well. Its depressing as hell to look at these people and I'm looking to move myself. The staff is not attentive and doesn't care at all about their tenants. There have been vehicle break-ins in the parking lot. Clothing thefts in the laundry room. Two stars is a generous rating IMO and I'd give it some serious thought before you move here.

This is a very nice and pleasant place to live. The complex is quiet and my neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The grounds are very nice. The staff provide great service.
