We focus solely on estate planning which includes Wills, Trusts, Probate and Trust Administration and selective family law matters. All work is done solely by Lynn Smiley not paralegals or assistants. Court appearances are always done in person as are all court filings. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and personal and compassionate service that is done in a very efficient manner. If you are looking for very indivualized service this is the firm for you. You will not have to go through ancillary staff before you get to speak to an attorney. Our office prides itself on giving our clients the type of personal service that one would expect from a local law firm, yet delivers the type of representation that you would expect from much larger firms.
