Saw Dr. Poorsattar twice. Took 3 phone calls to the office to get my bloodwork prescription. Kept saying it was in the mail. Never came. They finally called it into the lab themselves. This took two weeks. Did labwork and ultrasound. Called 3 times to get results. Was finally told I had to make an appointment to get the results. So I did.

I wasn't sure about seeing a specialist for my diabetes, but a friend (who is diabetic also) told me I should look into it. I'm so happy I did. Dr. P is a great doctor and knows a lot about diabetes and how to manage it properly. I really like her approach and appreciate the weekend classes. She's very nice and approachable. I feel very comfortable asking lots of questions. Great overall.
