While it began with traditional Chinese décor back in 1963, Chester's has been transformed over the years into one of the area's most graceful and unique dining destinations. This place rocks. On the outside, it is not much to look at, but when you step inside, it is Shagrila! The food flavor is tasty and the amibiance is a treat. I eat here anytime I can. It is a bit hard to find but worth it!!!

Absolutely LOVE this place. They have a great variety and everything is fresh and tasty. Price is reasonable but check your bill carefully.
This place serves the best Chinese Mandarin food in Ventura County. Excellent quality for the price and the ambience is first class.
