These guys are great! We found a stray and I needed a quick appt. for a checkup and shots. They fit me in at the last minute, were great with a very nervous young dog, and gave me great advice. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

My rating of this Veterinary Clinic is "0". I have spend over $2,000 in the last few months, but for the last month the service has not been good. The Vet was supposed to have called last month to verify that our dogs were doing well after a bout with diarrhea, he didn't, later the medical records showed that his office staff had called & Spoke w/ my wife at home. The problem is that they do not have my home number, my wife does not speak English & did not speak with anyone about our dogs. This last week my dogs had diarrhea again, I called Dr. Edwards several times & his staff was not very friendly, the young lady told me to call the other office, I asked for the number & she hung-up on me. I called her again & she gave me the wrong number, I called again & the wrong number was given to me again, on the 3rd try, she got it. The other office was better, but the Vet was not available & he has not called me to date. I'm changing doctors as of today.

Dr. Edwards is a an excellent veterinarian, our pets have always received the best of care from Russell and his kind and caring staff-they are wonderful to work with!

Dr. Edwards thoroughly examines my pets and provides excellent health care for them. His staff is very friendly and genuinely cares for animals. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend them.
