Commercial and Industrial construction firm specializing in high tech and scientific facilities. Laboratories, clean-rooms, pilot plants, pharmaceutical manfufacturing, micro-electronics, aero-space, and automotive are some of the projects we have completed. We don't typically do residential except for high end estate homes. Our most common service is the design / build approach where we handle and manage both. We can also act as a general contractor or a construction manager. Many times we get involved with providing pre-construction services and estimating a clients budget for a project with several design scenarios. We also create preliminary schedules and timelines. Once a project is complete, we can also provide relocation services with moving heavy equipment, office and IT equipment, servers and UPS, and general furniture and files as well.
