At Camano Canine Resort we LOVE your dogs. We don't feel that you should be charged for the simple things that we believe all dogs deserve. We will never charge you for things like: WalksPlay timeTreatsFeeding them their own foodOral medicationCamano Canine Resort (CCR), is located on the southern end of Camano Island, on the former site of Clouds Canine. CCR offers the finest accommodations in the area for their canine guests. With standard and deluxe suites there is plenty of room for dogs of all sizes, and up to three (4 small) dogs from the same family are even welcome to share a suite in most cases. A spacious one acre securely fenced dog park offers plenty of room for even the most active dogs to stretch their legs! Four additional large exercise runs add even more fun.

This is really a fine kennel with the owners very dedicated to giving good care to the animals.The setting is beautiful, the inside kennels are roomy, heated in cold weather and clean. There are two large outside pens where the dogs can play and exercise. I'm surprised that such excellent facilities can be offered at the modest prices. Verne

Camano Canine Resort is the best "kennel" I have seen. The facility is a very nice building with brick floors, a gas fireplace and suites with comfortable beds (with the option to bring your own) and doors with glass so that the dogs can see out and the caretakers can observe them easily. The field is well-maintained, feces being picked up every day and mowed frequently. The four runs are lined with wood chips. The care the animals receive is beyond compare. Staff members let the dogs out to exercise and "do their business" every couple of hours, which includes throwing a ball until they are tired. They also make sure each dog feels safe and is comfortable. I was there recently to help out, and was blown away by one absolutely adorable dog who went from showing fear aggression on arrival to being calm and happy in about half an hour with one staff member's patience, knowledge and understanding. CCR is special in that they gladly accomodate specific needs.
