I booked a room for my parents at the last minute, as they had to travel from AL to KY for a family emergency. The staff at the Days Inn, Dashea, Pam & Lana were extremely helpful in getting them a non-smoking room on the ground floor. I booked for 5 days & they only stayed 4 & was not charged for the extra day. They were so satisfied that, after returning home for 1 day, only to have to go back to Benton, I booked them back at the Days Inn. The rooms were clean; the microwave & fridge saved them $$ by not having to eat out every meal & the staff were friendly, professional & extremely understanding of their situation. I would highly recommend this hotel just based on the staff alone!!! Thank you, again, for all your help!
