I brought my car in for my spark plugs to be replaced. When I came to pick my car up after waiting from open to nearly close! My car drove the exact same way and I noticed it right away! I wound up bringing my car back a second time two days later and the same exact scenario happened. When I confronted the manager Frank about it he told me "it's not his fault I bought a lemon"! This issue still has not been resolved and I am still awaiting a response. Unfortunately I was ripped off and I will go elsewhere I just gotta call it a loss. Please never go here it's not worth it.

DO NOT bring your car here! I bought 2 new tires from here Jan '15. This past Saturday, I brought my car in for a low tire. The mechanic tells me I need a sensor, stem valve and patch. All not covered under the tire's warranty. Prev test said stem valve WAS NOT leaking but I told them to go ahead with everything. Hour later I pay and leave. I get to my car, my clock is reset. I set the clock and drive away. Now today, same tire is low! They tell me to bring the car in. They can't fix it but they can sell me another. No, thank you! Take my car to Pep Boys. Mechanic gets ready to work on my car but informs me my lug nuts are stripped on that tire. This business charged me $75 and did NOT fix my tire AND they also stripped my lug nuts? Still not done. Now, my car won't start! Never had ANY types of problems b4 I came here. They're not going to do anything about any of their shoddy work and I'm in the process of fighting them tooth and nail! This company is a complete and utter rip off!

I cannot give this place a good rating. I paid $800.00 to have my brakes fixed on my 2001 Plymouth neon. This is the most that I have ever paid to have my brakes repaired and this seems to the the worst brake job I have ever had. The brakes have been squealing and squeaking every since it was repaired. As a matter of fact, it makes more noise now than it made before being fixed. I took the car back the first time only to be told that they found some kind of "hardware" that was touching something and that it should be okay. I did not get out of the parking lot before it was squealing again. I took it back and was told that they put on "Pads" that should have been put on as part of the $800 job, and that there was no more squealing. The car sounded like a "stuck" pig. Well it no longer sounds like a "stuck" pig, but it is still squeaking. I also have a little trouble with the pressure of the brakes, because my foot seems to practically go to the floor. Recommend - No

I went to Premier Express after visiting Pep Boys, NTB, Discount Tire, and Sears. I was on a mission to find the best price in town. I was shocked to find out that the quote Frank gave me was cheaper then all 3 places! I saved $125 and received great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Clean & comfortable waiting room w/ wi-fi and it only took 45min!!!

I brought my car to Premier Auto for a second opinion, actually third, first two places couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. Premier was the only place that was able to repair my car. It turned out to be an electrical short which they were able to fix that same day! I couldn't be happier!
