I went to Ingalls Care center for treatment of an ear infection. The nurse and receptionists were very caring and professional. However the doctor who examined me walked in the room; did not greet me but went across the room to review my chart. As a person who worked for my father who was a dentist and a GYN who both taught me how to be pleasant and professional to all patients. However, Dr. Marrow who examined had no bedside manner at all. I am use to doctors that come in the examining room and introduce themselves to me. She never stated her name during the entire exam. All she did was to confirm my diagnosis and say that she would give me a prescription for the infection. She gave no further instructions or tell me that if the pain in my ear lasted for several days to return to the medical center. Dr. Morrow really needs to demonstrate a more caring attitude toward her patients.
