When I started the process of looking for childcare for my girls, I'll be honest, I was terrified and I found something wrong with everywhere we looked. I didn't think anyone was good enough for my kids or could possibly take care of them like I do, but I also knew I needed childcare and had to find something fast. I researched so many different facilities, made calls and went on tours and nothing worked until a friend suggested I visit School for Amazing Kids.

I walked in knowing it would be all wrong and this would just be another dead end but I really was swept away. Teachers calling students (and their parents) by name and asking about things going on in their lives and how their weekend was. I mean who does that?? School for Amazing Kids! That’s who. If you are looking for a new home away from home, I suggest you schedule a visit and let the experience speak for itself. School for Amazing Kids has truly become ours!

Being full time parents with two full time jobs is a daily struggle which, thankfully, led us to School for Amazing Kids. Our two girls had been, up until February of this year, staying at home with their grandmother. Unfortunately, due to time and the ever increasing load of caring for two toddlers, we had to find a daycare. School for Amazing Kids made this transition as close to flawless as you could possibly want. Here, we are able to see daily reports for our girls as well as talk with their teachers every day about their progress and areas that may need improvement. One of my favorite things about School for Amazing Kids is the girls weekly projects! I absolutely love getting to see the memories that they’ve made each week whether it’s a hand print turned butterfly or the beautiful footprint heart and poem I received for Mother’s Day! They give us memories that we can cherish for a lifetime.

Another thing that I truly appreciate about School for Amazing Kids is how dedicated each and every individual is to the kids. Each and every minute of every day, outside of nap time, they are interacting with the kids. Being able to combine learning with fun isn’t an easy task when it comes to a 3 year old and an 18 month old but everyone here makes it seem effortless! My daughters love each and every teacher they have interacted with and have made special memories with all of them. What a wonderful feeling you get when you get to pick your kids up and your toddler is instantly telling you about they’re day and how much fun they had! I couldn’t ask for a better daycare than School for Amazing Kids!

School for Amazing Kids in Calera is just fantastic. It has been the best place and facility that my family and my kids have been to. I have two boys that go there and both of them LOVE their teachers and both of the Administrators. When my kids walk through the doors both of them will run up to the adults at the facility because they are warm and inviting and just great dealing with kids.I always feel good about dropping my kids off because I know that they will get great care and have fun learning. Its also very easy to get there and not a hassle to drop my kids off or pick them up. When they graduate I will be a little sad because SFAK has really been a life saver as far convenience/cost and learning environment.

I paid the supply fee and first week deposit on Monday (my daughter was going to start attending approximately two weeks later). Four days later my job informed me that my contract with them was ending. I contacted Morningstar immediately to inform them of the unexpected change and that my daughter would no longer be able to start there as discussed. They were unsympathetic to my situation and refused to consider any sort of refund. I paid over $200 for my daughter to never even see the inside of the building. I do NOT recommend this business.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Morningstar. Our daughter absolutely loves it there! The teachers are well educated and very involved in the children's education. The curriculum has helped our daughter learn so much in order to prepare for 5K. The staff are so kind hearted and loving and hav made us feel so welcome. The school offers many after school activites for the kids such as parents night out multiple times a year and the fall festival in October. After many recommendations, we are very pleased that we chose Morningstar for our daughter.

It is such a wonderful feeling leaving our girls with such wonderful, caring teachers. The girls love the school and it definitely makes going to work easier on my husband and I.

The best daycare ever! I am a single mom of 3 kids who all go to Morningstar and they all love it. They love their teachers and look forward to school every day. The teachers and directors go above and beyond to make school fun for my kids. Everyone treats my kids like they are part of their family and I have never had to worry about them while I'm at work. I would recommend this daycare to anyone!

Morning Star is the best place to send your child. My son has so much fun during the day and learns so much in the process. The learning programs are top-notch. Not only do they teach 'educational' lessons, but importing things like manners, group interaction, and they say the blessing before each meal. It is the best facility, hands down. - Kevin

Wow, where do I even begin? As a mom, Morningstar Child Care is such a blessing to me. First off, I want to brag on the teachers. If it werent for them, my son would not be as smart as he is. He comes home singing the ABCs, counting to 10, knows all his colors and shapes, and believe me, I could go on and onand hes only 20 months old! I am so impressed with his speech development, and I thank God for what his classroom environment entails. Second, I want to express my gratefulness for the peace of mind I have each and every day when leaving my child at this center. I know these teachers have high standards for their cleaning routines, and its because of this that my child rarely gets ill. The room always smells so wonderful, and thats tough to pull off with 2 rooms and 20 toddlers! There is not a child care facility anywhere close to Morningstar that can even be compared to them.
