I've never been treated so poorly by a medial practitioner and her staff (specifically, Dr. Marcia Nansel and Office Manger Sarah Webster) as I have while she was at Metro Health in Caledonia, MI. Dr. Marcia Nansel lacked basic information about the testing I had done, later they altered my records to account for their testing errors without notification, and when seeking assistance, I was left waiting on return calls for weeks. Dr. Marcia Nansel and her staff are neither knowledgeable nor empathetic, and I've never experienced such a severe lack of professionalism from any other provider ever. It's worth your time to seek care elsewhere.
