Living comfortably in a truly home-like environment. Spring Ridge is a small facility in a neighborhood setting in Caldwell, Idaho. Our programs are tailored to each individual resident. We have a maximum occupancy of 10 residents. All rooms are studio apartments with a private bathroom in each room. All rooms are single occupancy with the exception of one larger room which can be used for double occupancy if a couple needs assistance. All programs are designed to achieve maximum independence for each resident. Our services include three home cooked meals each day,assistance with activities of daily living bathing,dressing,personal hygiene and exercise. Medication management,emergency call system for each resident. Health monitoring and individually prepared service plans by the facility R.N.,arranged transportation to doctors appointments, shopping or special events.Personal laundry ,housekeeping monthly beautician services and personal care staff on-site 24-hours
