I usually don't post on reviews, but I have contacted them concerning some legal matters. They are trying to auction off a property that my brother and I just purchased at a previous auction. I have attempted to tell them that under Title 63, Chapter 10, Subsection 9, that we should have a absolute title free and clear of liens and that they can't auction the house.



As far as I know Janice Schaefer their secretary will not forward my emails to the Board or their attorney, nor will she give me their contact info. She is very unprofessional. I at least want to know why they are still going to auction off the house.



I also submitted a sealed bid November 17th for a property that was to be auctioned November 18th and she even opened it right in front of me, when it was to be opened the following day with the board.
