In the past few weeks I have had to go to VIP in Calais Maine, both times I received nothing but the best care. Each visit was done in a very professional manner. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand. Each time they were very honest and could have told me that I needed an expensive part, but instead checked my car and told me that they could not see a problem that my dealership had explained was wrong with my car and would have charged me over $500. VIP told me they could not see the problem I described so they saved me$500 which I could not afford

On May 27 th. 2014 while in Calais Maine shopping, my vehicle developed a loud noise in the front wheels. I took it to the local V.I.P Garage. I found the staff very friendly, very co-operative and great service. They examined my vehicle and discovered a small mistake which had been made by another garage that same day. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and corrected the problem as well as identifying other problems which had been overlooked by the previous Garage. They recommended repairs which would soon be required and assured that our vehicle would be safe to operate. We are more than satisfied with the service and will recommend this to our friends that needs repairs done to their vehicles. Thanks for the great service.
