I don't think the new person at the counter knows what she is doing. Half of the time when I ask her a question, she stalls or gives me a blank look. I sometimes wonder if she is even capable of doing her job. These workers should be trained more on courtesy and mailing knowledge. No wonder the lines are always slow & long. Now I go to another place for my mail services.

Unfortunately, as convenient as this Post Office is for local residents, the employee that works here is one of the rudest people i've encountered in a customer service field. I've been there numerous times and it never fails that she's horrible. She literally drops your money and tosses your packages. When I shipped my Mom a Mother's Day gift, that was the last straw. She was literally tossing the box around and wouldn't even answer questions about shipping options. She just pretended not to hear. Then she gave me my change but didn't extend her hand and all the money fell. It was all I could do to not reach over and pinch the hell out of her ear. I called the company immediately but I got their fax number. I plan to go in and speak to the manager as she handled the previous customer the same way.Sorry but there are plenty of out of work people who would be decent instead of a monster.
