Basic cleaning includes: Ceiling fans, floor boards, and electronics; windex all mirrors, glass, and picture frames, making up beds and changing sheets, scrubbing down the kitchen and bathrooms; vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all floors; dusting all furniture, and picking up kid’s rooms, taking out the trash, and any other small thing that you need me to do. I will also work on something from the deep cleaning list once a month. Prices start at $35 and go up to $75 depending on location and square footage. Deep cleaning is great for move-ins and includes: A basic cleaning and taking apart the refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Washing baseboards and wiping down all walls and doors; removing all the soap scum from the tub; cleaning or replacing stove pans ( pans must be provide); cleaning or replacing blinds (blinds must be provided); cleaning out the inside of the toilet tank or replacing it (tank parts must be provide); cleaning all window and window seals; cleaning storage closets and air condictioner closets ( if they are empty) and sweeping decks and patios. Prices start at $70 and go up to $110 depending on location and square footage. Carpet cleaning starts at $50 and goes up to $95 depending on location and square footage. Steam cleaning upolstry and hardwiood floors are alao available.
