Welcome! We would like to extend a warm welcome to all new perspective patients! If you are about to begin orthodontic treatment, we would like to tell you what to expect during your experience with us. Before our first appointment we will send you a Welcome Packet, which will include a medical history form, a dental history form, and a get acquainted questionnaire to complete and mail or fax back to us. Initial examinations are performed at no charge! Dr. Bandeen will perform a thorough examination, and digital photographs and digital x-rays will be taken. Next, Dr. Bandeen will share his findings with you and answer any question you may have. If treatment is recommended, our staff will discuss fees and a variety of flexible payment plans, including the zero down payment option. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and will help you with your insurance plans.
