Concordia Visiting Nurses is a nonprofit home health care agency. The agency has been in operation since 1997 and serves patients throughout Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Mercer, Washington and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania. It provides assistance with a variety of daily living activities. The agency also provides physical, speech and occupational therapies. Concordia Visiting Nurses offers medication reminder and ostomy and wound care services. The agency is certified by Medicaid and Medicare.
