Place is falling apart. Horrible management. Don't sign anything with these people, you won't ever get that deposit back either!

Love the maintenance guy ! He works so hard. The pool looks great for the first time since I moved in. But Mickey Mouse Manager sucks. She forgets everything you tell her and then blames it on someone else, like the maintenance guy or her asst manager. She is just a big joke. She blabs all the time about her great husband who is useless and lies and never fixes anything. I do not trust her or her husband if I need something done I talk to her asst or the maintenance guy. Best thing that could happen is that they would get rid of her and make her asst the new manager.

Don't bother, if you need something done, you'll have to do it your self. 5 months ago I told them I needed my address put by my door just 3 simple numbers, and they couldn't even do that. Every maintanance request made, was never done. The nieghbors hang out in the parking lot at night insulting people they don't know, they have no respect for other peoples privacy. One nieghbor even decided to pull a gun out on a cop, and now lies six feet under ground. I would not recomend village square apartments to anyone.

The Maintenance Man does not know anything about plumbing, electric, or well, anything that has to do with his job title. He is disgusting and I believe he makes Meth in his apartment. The manager is aware of the situation but will not do anything...they are friends. The police are called all the time because the manager's son beats up his girlfriend and they are all druggies. It is ridiculous. I love my apartment, although it was very dirty when I moved in, I clean it, it is spacious...if the RPM would get rid of the management and maintenance then life here would be fantastic. Until then, 6 people in the building I live in are moving...

The apartments are beautiful. They are also very cozy, make you feel right at home. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious.
