They came highly recommended but I had a VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! To begin with, the woman who "helped" me when I dropped off my clothing looked at me as if I was well beneath her and barely even listened when I was explaining the needed repairs. Then, she told me that she could not fix a loose hook on one pair of pants. They can make alterations on wedding gowns but can't sew on a new hook??? The other pants had seams coming loose which she told me she could fix so I left those. As I was looking over the repairs after the pants were returned I found that no attempt had even been made to repair the seam that was coming loose which was the whole reason that I took the pants to them in the first place! I will gladly go out of my way to a different alteration shop and pay more money for repairs in the future.
