Brick Oven Pizza Company opened its doors in Paragould, AR, July 8, 2004. We wanted to offer you, our guests, a family friendly place to order a super product where you could dine in, let us do the cooking and clean up the mess for you! We strive to offer a delicious variety of menu items that will satisfy the whole family as well as being the best product on the market. We can do this by constantly testing our product, listening to our guests and making changes where needed. Our goal is to satisfy each and every person that walks through our doors with as close to 100% quality satisfaction, both in service and product, as we possibly can. great food!!!! Bad SERVICE BAD EVERYTHING ELSE. IF THEY COULD GET THERE ACT TOGETHER THEY WOULD HAVE A GREAT BUSINESS. IF THE CRUST WASN'T SO GOOD I WOULD NEVER DARKEN THE DOOR.

Pretty busy most the time and the waitress' arent the best but its good food. If you go there get the quesadilla for appetizer and a calzone as your meal and you wont be dissapointed.
In our experience, it is normal for appetizers arrive 3 minutes or less than the cold, incorrect pizza order with the waitresses spending more time on large tables than the small tables. There has not been a visit yet where the service was equal to the pizza, in fact it doesn't approach it. They have lost our in-house business due to this. High schoolers should not be running a restaurant without adult supervision and that appears to be the case here. If you go, make sure you're in a large group, no appetizers, and you are VERY clear with your order and then expect something wrong. The pizza will at least be good though.
