Founded in 1998, Dairy Farmers of America Inc. is a milk marketing cooperative and dairy food processor. Through its Global Dairy Products Group (GDPG) commercial division, the cooperative manufactures cheese and butter as well as dairy ingredients. Based in Cabool, Mo., Dairy Farmers of America Inc. maintains partnerships with Roberts Dairy, Hiland Dairy and Dean Foods. In addition, it markets and distributes several consumer brands in grocery stores throughout the United States, such as Borden, Cache Valley, Keller's and Breakstone's.
