      I'm am sorry to say that one of the employees and assistant manager Gabrielle Palacios at Burger King has shocked me. When I used to work at Burger King during the summer of 2011 I was on my shift and I seen something that had to be immediately reported to the FDA. While I was making a milkshake for one of the customers in drive thru I glanced in the back to see who was their. I seen Palacios putting the patties in the broiler; soon to find them later dropping into the canister to be picked up by her. I noticed that when the last patty came out of the broiler, it did not go in the canister but dropped on the floor. I looked carefully if Palacios had the integrity to put the meat in the trash, but surprisingly she picked it up and put it into the canister. My name is Angel Esqueda-Salazar and please talk to the manager there, James Dunn, about this incident. I am sorry I did not bring this up earlier.
