Tonight at Snap Fitness at 2056 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI I had the WORST customer service humanly possible from the owner! I was talked down to when I was trying to have a simple conversation. One of the employees messed up our membership apparently because the owner does not consider my roommates and I eligible for the "family plan" that the actual employee signed us up for!!!! We were told FROM THE BEGINNING that this account was perfectly fine and "plenty of others did the same". Since the owner found out he felt as though it needs to be changed, going completely against what we have been told. The owner proceeded to talk down to me and was EXTREMELY rude and laughed in my face while attempting to have a serious conversation. Another member (to whom I did not personally know) came up to the owner and I, mid conversation, and told the owner how rude he was being. DO NOT GO TO THE SNAP ON LK MICHIGAN!!!!!!!
