We offer 24/7 service 365 days a year. We also offer same day service for calls places before noon EST on non-holiday weekdays, with no overtime charged. We regularly service all of West Michigan, including the Grand Rapids area, Lansing, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, Portage, and Battle Creek, and at customers' requests we have traveled to Ann Arbor, the Detroit area, and Indiana to complete jobs. We are warranty authorized and factory trained for many manufacturers. We stock parts for a variety of equipment, and we are the West Michigan authorized dealer for Accutemp parts. In addition to regular service calls, we offer preventative maintenance services on all typ es of equipment. Found Hot Side in 2007 and have used them ever since. I've been in the Restaurant business since 1976 and this company is the best I have ever dealt with. Fast, honest and knowledgable.
