I thought the bank was incredibly friendly at first. However, upon my first transaction issue with the bank, The manager on the saturday staff became incredibly rude, interrupting me more than once, and telling me I'm wrong. She spoke to me in way that a bank has never before. I understand I came into the bank to complain about a problem, but I shouldn't be offended or put down in anyway. A good bank would do nothing but speak kindly and accommodate their customers. The end result of my discourse with the Santander staff has been letters to the superiors in both Wareham, and Santander's corporate office. Needless to say, I won't be banking there again.
