OIC/DC trains persons in the following demand occupations; A+ Computer Repair, Home Health Care Aide, Business Office Specialist/Microsoft Office Certification, Customer Service for Retail Sales. The mission of OIC/DC is to: provide quality integrated education that includes contextualized literacy, workforce preparation and occupational skills training and job placement for youth and adults in demand occupations with a nationally recognized credential. Provide outreach and recruitment services for economical disadvantaged youth and adults, provide assessments, provide case management and barrier removable interventions; place persons into full time jobs with upward mobility (career pathways).
