Mr. Cassady worked on my son's case which started out as a felony charge. My son never had any prior criminal history. Mr. Cassady was very good at explaining the steps in attempting to resolve and finalize the case. He was always available to answer questions and if I left a voice mail, he returned my call within a short amount of time. He conveniently met with us for appointment times that met all of all needs. His fees were comparable to the other criminal defense attorneys in the area and he was quite reasonable in handling the financial arrangements. I know there were times when I tried his patience, but he was extremely patient with both my son and myself (and believe me I was a basket case). It took approximately eight months to finalize the case. It was dropped to a misdemeanor with no jail time - one year probation, community service, and a reasonable fine. My son and I are both breathing much easier these days thanks to Mr. Cassady. I really felt he fought for us.
