Was called by a sales clerk and he told me off because I purchased my Hancock and Moore from a Connecticut store. Saved $1000. 00. No brainier there! Said he wished me luck with my furniture and if I needed any help with anything I wouldn't get it from them. I went with the best deal. If he wanted my business maybe he should have given me a lower price to start with. That's the last time I will be dealing with that store. After he was done ranting he hung up on me.

I cannot agree with the previous review. I have purchased many items from this business and have experience the best in customer service at the store, and excellent and professional delivery service. I would, and will return there for future purchases. Darlene

Worst customer service ever. Expensive Bernhardt sofa and chair falling apart. Have been trying to get replaced for 4 years. Sent new inserts but now know fabric was cheap nylon. Stretched all out of shape. Ready for Good Will!! Paid $3700

Customers must be VERY CAREFUL making purchases at this store. Furniture Galleries do not stand behind customer service issues & customer satisfaction is NOT one of their priorities. You may find yourself "stuck" w/items that are not quality acceptable; they will NOT correct quality/upholstery issues to the customer's complete satisfaction. Be VERY CAREFUL making purchases; you may be regretting your purchases; Also, Century mfg is more concerned w/their relationship to this furniture store than they are w/the customer. BE VERY CAREFUL puchasing furniture from either Furniture Galleries and/or Century furniture mfg.
